Scots-Italian Stefano Pieraccini uses the finest local ingredients to create traditional Italian dishes with a twist. Antipasti include Isle of Mull scallops with guanciale, with mains such as baked day-boat halibut, saltimbocca with Goosnargh chicken and black-faced lamb with violet artichoke.

We also have a Pasta Bar. This is located in Edinburgh’s first food hall in the new St James Quarter in the heart of Edinburgh. Our Pasta Bar serves our freshly made pasta in a selection of beautifully created and refined dishes.
The Pasta Bar showcases the beautiful flavours of our authentic Italian cuisine.
