Rico’s Ristorante is Edinburgh’s latest destination Italian restaurant. Our food is refined, top quality Italian cuisine. Our dishes are made with the finest, locally-sourced Scottish ingredients, including fresh pasta made onsite daily.

Our bar will be open to non-diners, offering an extensive cocktail menu and award-winning wine list be supplied by Antinori, one of the well-known names in Italian winemaking, with a history that dates back almost 600 years.

We also have a Pasta Bar.
This is located in Edinburgh’s first food hall in the new St James Quarter in the heart of Edinburgh. Our Pasta Bar serves our freshly made pasta in a selection of beautifully created and refined dishes.

The Pasta Bar will provide a taste of the cooking from our Ristorante and showcase the great flavours of our authentic Italian cuisine.

For all our homemade pasta we produce, we use organic flour and Scottish free range eggs.

Please note our kitchen is not free of any allergen traces.

Gluten free tagliatelle is available upon request however please note this is not a Rico’s homemade product.
