Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your reservation at Ricos Ristorante.

We are an independent restaurant and rely on reservations being honored. We kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation that you do so as soon as possible. You can contact our reservations team on 01334 479475 and they will be happy to help. Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate to our best ability. For reservations of 9 or more diners, we would require a £20pp deposit to secure your booking. For parties of 8 or under, booked online we would require credit details to secure the table. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. For parties of 9 or more, the deposit is fully refundable 48 hours prior to the time of dining. For parties of 8 or under, we ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation or reduction in numbers. Reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £30pp fee. We will contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via telephone or email to confirm your booking. We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted. By making a reservation at Ricos Ristorante you agree to our reservation cancellation terms.

COVID- 19 Statement – Our restaurants have implemented a number of new processes and measures in order to maximize the safety of our teams, guests, and families. Whilst some of these measures may impact on your experience we want to assure you that all decisions have been made following government guidelines and with only good intentions.
